Meet Elnora, a people person who has lived in Spokane her entire life. Now, at 87, Elnora is visually impaired and rides Paratransit to the Spokane Eye Clinic nearly every week. She also frequently joins a group of seniors who meet for ballroom dancing. "I may not be able to see well," she says. "But I do love to dance."
