Cayambe Ecuador is in the heart of dairy country, driving through is the sweet smell of rose farms and lots of bizcocho signs.

If you stop in in Bizcochos San Pedro between 8-10am you can learn how to make bizcochos. However, we arrived at 3pm for almuerzo and ate some of the local Ecuadorian foods in the Imbabura Province.

You can find these Ecuadorian biscuits elsewhere, but Cayambe is famous for having the best.
