Dr. Tom Farr, President of The Religious Freedom Institute expresses his reservations about the Vatican's provisional agreement with China. Farr says it's hard for him to believe that a Bishop sent from China will truly be loyal to the Catholic Church. He says, "it's very important that the Catholic church in China be able to stand for what the church stands for around the world and that is human rights and human dignity and religious freedom."
