Chiwda
Oil 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
Roasted chana dal – 2 tbsp
Peanuts - 2 Tbsp
Curry leaves 8-10
Green chilli 4-5 no
Poha 1 cup
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1 ½ Tsp
Lemon salt- 1 Tsp
Murmura (puffed rice) 1 ½ Cup
EGK brown onions- 3 Tbsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan , add fennel seeds, coriander seeds, roasted Chana dal, peanuts, and sauté till peanuts brown.
Add curry leaves, green chilli chopped, sauté for 2 mins.
Add poha and mix well
Add turmeric powder, sugar, salt, lemon salt, mix well.
Add murmura, brown onions, mix well,
Serve hot.
