The rules of the run:
• Nightmare difficulty
• All survival options enabled
• Permadeath
• No healing
• No operator use

For extra immersion and visual quality, I've used tools such as Prey Interface Customizer to disable certain HUD elements and visual effects.
• No objective markers
• No enemy detection cues
• No enemy health bars
• Minimal HUD
