If you don't have access to Mods on PC or use Consoles (PS4/Xbox One), this tutorial will show you how to Spawn Enemies in Creator Mode using a Capture Mission. This allows you to have shoot outs and fights with multiple hostile enemies,which would be useful for Rockstar Editor movies or just for fun. Its very cool.
