Ingredients:
● 2 cups red rice poha
● 2 teaspoons of oil
● ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
● dry red chillies, curry leaves
● 1 cup chopped onion
● 1 cup boiled sweetcorn
● 1 cup sprouted green moong
● 2 chopped green chillies
● ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt
● Chopped coriander, roasted peanuts and pomegranate
Method:
● Take 2 cups of Possible red rice poha, wash and strain the excess water
● Heat a pan with 2 teaspoons of oil
● Add in mustard seeds, dry red chillies and some curry leaves
● Wait until the mustard seeds splutter
● Add chopped onion and salt, and saute them until the onions become translucent
● Add boiled sweetcorn and sprouted green moong
● Add green chillies, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt to taste
● Saute them nicely
● Add little water, keep it covered in sim
● Now add the soaked red rice poha
● Mix well, check with the salt,
● Finally, to garnish add some chopped coriander leaves, roasted peanuts and some pomegranates serve it warm!
