Ingredients:
Egg
Chopped Onion
Chopped Tomato
Chopped Coriander Leaves
Red Chilli Powder
Garam Masala Powder
Green Chilli
Salt
Refined Oil
Methods of how to make Dim Bhujia:
1. At first crack 4 Eggs in a bowl, add salt and beat the eggs.
2. Now heat up a kadai and add 2 tbsp. Refined Oil.
3. When the oil heats up add 2 medium size Chopped Onion. Fry them on medium flame.
4. Fry the onion for 2 mins on medium flame.
5. Now add 1 tsp Chopped Ginger Garlic.
6. Fry for another 2 mins on medium flame.
7. After that add Chopped Tomato, 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder, 2-3 Sliced Green Chillies, 1/4 tsp Salt.
8. Mix well then cover and cook for 3 mins on medium flame.
9. After 3 mins add the Eggs.
10. Cook for 1 minute then stir and mix with the masala on high flame.
11. Fry the Eggs on high flame and stir continuously.
12. After 1 minute turn the flame to low and add a handful of Chopped Coriander and 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder.
13. Then mix and cook for another minute.
14. Our today's recipe Egg Bhujia is ready.
