Shift Lock Plot:
Shift Lock is a Street League that appears in Need for Speed. They are a tier 1 drift street league that can be found in Downtown Silver Rock. Having formed from an online community of conspiracy theorists and Internet trolls, they started racing as a throwback to the days of bootleggers.
Many of the league's members are politically active, and they carry out drift events as a form of political protest, using them as agitprop or performance art for their message.
