What is the relationship between creativity and depression. Does creativity cause depressions, or does anxiety and depression lead to creativity?
I don't mean depression in the clinical sense of the term necessarily, but the type of deep sadness that most people experience from time to time. I think working on something that forces you to think creatively can combat these negative feelings.
