Every morning my uncle and aunt work so quickly . In the morning i went to the place that all the buffalo's are ,to get some buffalo milk.the milk is for me because of my desire to make curd. When i got the the amount of milk that i wanted , my aunt gave me some hot buffalo milk and a piece of jaggery. I drank it very quickly and went back gome thinking to make something interesting from the milk.
I put half amount of milk into a clay pot and boiled it . After that i got my smashed cardamom sugar and kept it in aside of the plate , and then i samashed some almond and sugar. When all the milk is boiling on the pot i put some raw rice into the milk pot. After the milk is well cooked with rice , i put the almond sugar and a pinch of salt into it. And then i quickly got it out of the fire and served it into plates. And then i decorated it with some almond , pumpkin seed and raisin . I saved some for my two lovely kids and tasted it. It is so delicious when all the pieces of almond are in it . After eating i gave some of the leftover Keer to my mother and to my neighbors .
In the afternoon i put all the other milk in a big pot and boiled for about one our, for that i took some help from my daughter because we have to mix it for a whole our and it needs a alot of strength . After all the milk is boiled we kept it for another whole hour to cool down. When the milk is in luke warm i added the new curd into it .and then i slowly kept it in a place that will not make it shake.
In the morning i cheked it thinking did my curd have made , The curd was well preapared it was just like a beautiful moon in the sky. I desided to make Lassi from my curd. Into a clay pot i added curd,sugar and ice cubes . And then mixed it with the wooden spoon that my father made for me . And then i served them into glasses and decorated it with pieces of dry fruits . It was very creamy and delicious . I drank it with my daughter and saved some for my son . After that i gave some of the Lassi i made and a pot of curd to my mom . My father ate the curd with rice and spicy fish curry .
I was exhausted of only eating treacle and curd . So i desided to male something spicy . When one of my neighbors went on a trip to India ,They brought me some kashmir chili powder . I used it very carefully to make something when it's important . My farther bought some chicken legs so i thought to make Thandoori chicken . So i hung some curd to remove the water . after that night i woke early in the morning and heated the oven and then i drew some lines on the chicken with a knife and applied ginger , garlic , salt paste and kept it aside . After that i heated some coconut oil and added some Kashmir chili powder to it . And then i added that hunged curd ,ginger garlic paste , spice powder, Cumin powder, coriander powder all in a bowl and mixed them very well ,and into the curd paste i added the kashmir chili oil and mixed it again . And then i applied that paste on the chicken legs and marrinated it for a hour or two . After it was well marinated i pulled it into the hot oven . And then i tugged it out of the oven after and 30 minutes , the oven was so hot that it made the chicken cook faster. And then i served it onto plates and served it it was better than the indian restaurants . And i made a cucumber salad with that left over hunged curd it was the best chicken i have tasted and it made our lunch delicious ...
So with Curd and treacle our days got sweet and delicious.
