Isprati kiseli kupus. Na malo ulja prodinstati luk i dodati špek. Na to dodati kiseli kupus, distati 20 minuta i podlijevati vodom. Staviti u protvanj u peći 50min na 180°. Uz to poslužiti pečene kobasice.

Wash the sauerkraut. Saute onion in a little oil and add bacon. Add sauerkraut, leave for 20 minutes and cover with water. Place in a pan in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 °. Serve with grilled sausages.
