The one single day that London allows you to drive in the Congestion Charge Zone without actual paying the charge. So we had to take advantage. It was a bonus that e got clear skies. The route takes you from Chinatown to Piccadilly Circus, through Regent St and Oxford St to Hyde Park Corner, then past Buckingham Palace continuing on to Westminster.
