Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary is a Protected Area on the western coast of Maharashtra. It is located in Murud and Roha talukas of Raigad district in Maharashtra. Sanctuary was declared in 1994 and the total area of the sanctuary is 52.73 Sq.km. There are 23 perennial streamlets (ganis) distributed all over the sanctuary representing riparian and semi-evergreen forest.
