RECIPE:
4 sheets fish cakes (the flat kind)
1/2 carrot, julienned
1/2 onion, julienned
1-2 korean green peppers or 1/2 bell pepper, julienned
chopped scallions for garnish
sesame seeds for garnish
SAUCE:
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. mirin
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. minced garlic
