In this video I show the very basics on disassembling a Logitech G703 gaming mouse, explain the scroll problem and lack of ability to fix it. I did this because Logitech tech support has not been very helpful, the problem is super annoying, and I didn't see any other video showing the problem.

Conclusion/TL;DR: Get an RMA from Logitech because there is no simple fix for this problem as it at a component/sensor level.
