2 cups heavy whipping cream, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, pinch of Redmond’s real salt, HWC and water measuring 1/3 cup and 1 packet unflavored kosher beef gelatin. Heat heavy whipping cream till boiling, add in salt, vanilla extract and mix, then add in gelatin mixture and whisk till smooth. Place in molds and ramekins. Refrigerate till set. Pop out of molds and store in container in the refrigerator. With the ramekin once cooled and set, cover to store. Enjoy 😊
