In this video, I share with you my MOST COMMON, number 1 tip for a successful resume when applying for a job online. If you are applying for jobs online, use a single-column resume. DO NOT use 2 or more columns and DO NOT use graphics!
While this doesn’t mean you have to ditch your pretty, 2+ column or graphical layout, it does mean you need to create a single-column, easy-to-read, easy-to-understand resume for your online applications.
