Gairy Hall is configured with 3 bedroom suites and located along the SGU beachfront. Each suite contains a common kitchen, bathroom, and shower. Each bedroom contains a twin mattress, an in-room safe, a study desk, and a storage closet.

The building features priority storage facilities for residents, laundry facilities on each floor, two study rooms with carrels located on each floor, and is wired for 120V and 220V electricity.
