"One perfect lap" was tough this year. A string of mechanical issues got the team working around the clock to have it ready between sessions and shootout. It all came together for the shootout for one last crack and we have marginally improved on our personal best from last year.
Still have the goal to crack into the 1:27's with the current car package. The mis-shift into turn 4 killed a chunked a time, probably costed the 1:27 lap time. The only car in the Top 5 shootout to be running with a H Pattern (synchro - Helical Gears), OEM Honda base ECU and OEM Honda wet sump system. Still very proud of our teams effort with this simple car package
