We went up to New Hampshire to visit Sig Sauer at their factory and the Sig Academy to take some first shots of some new concealed carry handguns. First on the list — and a really cool innovation — is the Sig Sauer P365 SAS. This sub-compact CCW pistol incorporates the Sig Anti-Snag feature set and is designed to minimize surfaces that could catch on clothing and holsters, making for a quicker, safer draw.
The P365 SAS also incorporates an innovative bullseye site recessed into the slide, with a clear and crisp dot and ring with both Tritium and fiber optic illuminators, making it an excellent choice for day or night personal defense.
The Sig Sauer P365 SAS is a 9mm, polymer, striker-fired pistol with a Nitron finish. The pistol features the SIG Anti-Snag technology slide treatment with a flush-mounted FT bullseye fiber-tritium night sight, flat controls, a ported slide and barrel for less muzzle flip, a high-capacity, patented modified double-stack magazine for a 10+1 full size capacity, and ships with (1) 10-round magazine, and (1) 10-round extended magazine (12-round and 15-round magazines available separately.)
