1 pound phyllo dough
2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup cheeni
1 tsp. ground cinnamon (dalchini powder)
1/2 tsp. ground cloves (long powder)
1/2 cup shehad
1/2 cup pani
1 tbsp. lemon juice (lemon ka rus)
Tariqa:
Oven ko 350°F (180°C) par garam karein.
Aik 9x13 inch baking dish ko melted butter se grease karein.
Aik bowl mein chopped walnuts, cheeni, cinnamon, aur cloves ko mix karein.
Phyllo dough ko unwrap karein aur baking dish ki size ke hisab se cut karein.
Phyllo ki har layer ko melted butter se brush karein aur baking dish mein rakhein.
Jab aapke pass 6 layers phyllo ho jayein to har layer par walnuts mixture sprinkle karein.
4 layers phyllo aur melted butter ki layering karein.
Phyllo aur walnuts mixture ko layer karte rahen jab tak ke walnuts mixture khatam na ho jaye.
Top par 6 layers phyllo aur melted butter ki layering karein.
Aik sharp knife se baklava ko diamond-shaped pieces mein cut karein.
Preheated oven mein baklava ko 30-40 minutes tak bake karein ya jab tak ke golden brown na ho jaye.
Jab baklava baking mein ho to shehad, pani, aur lemon juice ko small saucepan mein mix karein.
Mixture ko boil hone dein phir heat ko low kar ke 5-10 minutes tak simmer hone dein, jab tak ke syrup thora garha na ho jaye.
Jab baklava baking se nikal jaye to is par garam syrup ko dal dein.
Baklava ko poora cool hone dein, phir serve karein.
Homemade baklava ka maza lein!
