Indian External Affairs Minister, S Jaishankar, extended his greetings to Pakistan's Foreign Minister, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, for the SCO Foreign Ministers meeting and welcomed him. Bhutto is the first Pakistani Foreign Minister to visit India in the last 12 years. Jaishankar also extended his welcome to the Foreign Ministers of the other member countries attending the meeting.
