Brazil consist of a improvable Education system. Almost 90% of Brazilian 15 year-old are extremely low-skilled in Mathematics; and only 0.6% are high-skilled (less than 25 thousand). Roughly, only around the 30% best students enrolled in private schools and around 10% of those in public schools obtain acceptable results. In PISA 2000, Brazil was the lowest performing country.
