In the Delonghi Dedica review, I did recently, I was quite impressed with the ability of the Panarello to create pourable milk texture for cappuccino, but I was unable to do what I'd usually do with an espresso machine with a Panarello - to remove the Panarello and use the steam pipe as a single tip steam wand because the pipe kept popping off and covering me in milk!

Luckily, my fellow coffee botherers have far more common sense than me, and one of them suggested that I use a cable tie to fix that. Also, someone commented that you can actually get almost perfect textured milk by starting off with the Panarello at the cappuccino settings, and then changing it to hot milk, so I thought I'd try that too.
