Today's crazy criminal story is about Al-Kabir Tate, who for some reason thought it was okay to call 9-1-1 just to "check in" and also complain about the lack of sidewalks at Saddle Creek Park. Of course, we were concerned about why he did such a thing, so we went to speak with him. That's when we found the vape pen with marijuana........and his cocaine. You just can't make this stuff up.
