While Karnataka Congress government has made an announcement of implementing five guarantees as they call it. The citizens must gear up for the closure of few of the old schemes and hope nothing big is coming up in the next upcoming budget. In fact, Times Now has accessed an internal note which was issued to various departments by the finance department ahead of the budget session scheduled for July 3 where the Additional Secretary of finance has instructed all the other departments to be conservative in it's proposals so as to accommodate all the five guarantees.
