And the 4th generation owner of Yugeta Shoyu taught me how to make soy sauce the traditional way and then invited me to Terawaru
A pop up event at Haneda Airport that gathered 4 of the largest Japanese food companies. At the event you can taste many of Japanese made products like black garlic, dried Natto and fresh fruits produced in Japan and even Yugeta’s Soy sauce!
And the best part is that if you like any of the products you can just get acquire at the event and take them home with you!
