An agent of the Kenya National Examination Council has been charged before a Shanzu Law Court for unlawfully opening and distributing the English paper at Maryjoy primary school in Bombolulu area in the county of Mombasa. Clive Ombega was arrested on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Education cabinet secretary Fred Matiang'i witnessed the collection of K.C.P.E exam papers from different sub - county headquarters in Nairobi.
