This document of extremely high importance provides us with measures to prevent and combat gender violence at the international level. Paradoxically, it was signed by Ukraine 8 years ago, but has never been ratified! So, why do human rights have to go through a battlefield in Ukraine before being observed and protected? This question we will address to Kateryna Levchenko, Government Commissioner for Gender Equality Policy. We are lucky to have her today in the studio.
