Due to COVID-19, many towns have had to get creative in holding town meetings and local meetings in general. With 135 town meeting members in the town of Plymouth, Plymouth held virtual town meeting in August of 2020 over three nights. Here is a behind the scenes of what it takes to conduct town meeting virtually at PACTV.
