Melvin kicked off the evening with an overview of District 15, highlighting that due to nearly 11 interest rate hikes since 2022, buyer sentiments have shifted. Nevertheless, the landed property market remains resilient, with an impressive 35% price growth since Q1 2020.
This growth reflects the strong holding power of current owners, who are less inclined to sell due to accumulated profits and a focus on long-term stability.

PLB Four Horses Framework: A metaphorical categorisation of properties into four different types of horses, which helps assess long-term property value and investment suitability.
PLB Landed Categorisation: 4 categories of landed homes to determine whether properties are intended for rebuilding, renovating, or moving into a new home to streamline your search.
As attendees consider their next moves—such as moving from a condo to a landed home or enhancing their position within the market—these frameworks lay a strong groundwork for their property plans.
