"Hm-hm, oh my! You startled me! Good morning everyone! Hey, aren't you the extreme team? I can't hear you! Are you the extreme team?! Wow, there are a lot of you out there! It is so cool to see so many different types of people in one room. I also heard so many great things about all of you. It's truly amazing to be around so many great managers that have so many unique qualities that contribute to the success of Sterling Jewelers. But now that I think about it, I can't help but notice there are different kinds of people out in the audience but no one looks like me. To be honest, I know I am different and I love it! I have so many unique qualities that make me who I am.

There are some things I am not so good at. For example, sports, yeah I can barely dribble a basketball, let alone catch one. Sometimes it is challenging being different. Just the other day I was in a store and people were looking at me funny. One person was even scared to stand next to me in line. I tried to smile and say hi, but he totally ignored me and ran out of the store very quickly..."
