Despite the frame rate of VHS videos is 25fps, the movements look smooth like 50fps, but if you upload them to You Tube, the smoothness reduces and looks like 25fps, therefore it's important to convert them to 50fps by Deinterlacing and increase the size to 720p (You Tube enables 50fps only in HD) before the uploading.
