1/4 cup split yellow moong beans
1/4 cup split yellow pigeon peas
1 cup chopped tomatoes
3 green chillies
5 garlic cloves
1/4 cup red pearl onions
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Tamarind pulp
1/2 cup water
1 tsp oil
Required Salt
2 tbsp Oil or ghee
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
