The easiest way to cut thermal insulation board PIR board, Celotex, Recticel and Kingspan thermal insulation board upto 50mm thickness in my opinion, its clean, quick and simply the best method to cut thermal insulation board i found so far, don't struggle with a saw at these thicknesses. this made it a lot easier for me over having been using saws for cutting thermal insulation board at this thickness. this thermal insulation board is actually made by Recticel in this video but there is many makes out there of thermal insulation board that can I cut using this method.
