The QMS-4-SME is a Quality Management System that provides change management and action plan features.
The application is accessed through a login and password. The landing page provides an example of the analytics feature and the pending list, which allows users to quickly process information. The change initiation record is filled out by the initiator, and the change advisory board analyzes the risk level, and control means. The application menu shows the four usual sections: Non-Compliance and CAPAs, customer complaints, training management, and EDM. The Change family under the Quality Management System is the focus. The change records grid displays the type of workflow, workflow status, and approval status. Users can create, edit, delete, or duplicate a record before a workflow is started. The application allows for exporting to Microsoft Excel and building a traceability matrix. The mailing feature notifies registered users to review or approve a record. Advanced searches, grouping, and ungrouping features are also available.
