CASSAVA PORRIDGE
1-cup grated cassava
3-cups 2% milk
1-cup carnation milk
1-tbsp nutmeg
2-cinnamon sticks
1/2-cup brown sugar
In a pot, add the 2% milk and bring to a slow boil. Add cinnamon sticks and stir. Add grated cassava and stir. Add brown sugar and keep stirring. Add nutmeg and keep stirring for 1 minute. Add carnation milk and keep stirring for five more minutes on low until thickens . When done, plate and serve.
