When Pixar was established as an animation studio in 1988, the iconic animated intro with the company's mascot Luxo Jr., was introduced. When the logo fades to black, Luxo Jr. would still have it's light on before turning it off. It first appeared in Toy Story in 1995 with prototype version, but as a closing sequence.
