Compelled speech is a clear civil rights violation under SCOTUS case “West Virginia State Board of Education v. Barnette” and those cases which legally, naturally flow from it. This is especially true with respect to school age children.

I encourage those with serious problems and experiences of Racial and Sex Stereotyping and Scapegoating & Compelled Speech to contact the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) immediately:

IF YOU EMAIL ME DIRECTLY: Identities will never be revealed. Information received will be used for community outreach and open policy discussions. Serious inquires will be forwarded and sent to the DESE as necessary.

Teachers who are experiencing Compelled Speech (speech made under a clear threat or punitive measure [think: being fired, personal harm or threat of bodily injury]) by their Department Directors, Superintendents, or a fellow Teacher, and or Paraprofessional, that violates law (think: Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Education Reform Act of 1972) should contact the DESE separately, and send proof to their compliance officers. Compelled speech forced upon an academic or academic instructor that is against educational mandates, missions, and evaluation parameters that are from/set by the government may be a civil rights violation under SCOTUS case “Keysihian v. Board of Regents” and those cases which legally, naturally flow from it. This is mostly with respect to teachers and academics.
