A guide on how to beat Great Nailsage Sly, Radiant. Meaning taking no hits/no damage in Hollow Knight.

Great Nailsage Sly tips
First Phase
- Two slam, spin attack: So Sly will do either, this attack in the middle of the arena in which case you have the space to walk under the spin and get two hits in when he lands 0:24 , or If you are trapped against the wall then mantis claw up the wall and jump over the spin, again two hits on landing 0:39
- Jump slam: Move out of his reach for the slam, then either get distance or approach so he does a second strike behind him and you can get one strike in 0:54
- Cyclone: Do a desolate dive once he has begun the attack, not too early 0:33. If zero soul, pogo/jump and hit down on his head during the attack.
- Great Slash: Dash, walk or jump out of way 1:16
- Dashing Slash: Jump over as he does his dash, also a good time to punish with a shade soul but be sure to leave enough for a D.Dive should it be necessary 1:29

Second Phase
- Shadow dash in the reverse direction that he approaches.
- He will do the attack when he dashes next to you.
- Use shade souls first as does more damage, and can get a double hit in.
- Try to stay in the center of the arena
