Sastojci:
650-700g brašna
1 suhi kvasac
1 žlica soli
100ml ulja
400ml mlakog mlijeka
Zamijesiti tijesto i ostaviti 1h da nadolazi. Nadošlo tijesto podijeliti na 10 dijelova i oblikovati slance. Svaki slanac premazati sa malo ulja i vode.
Peći u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici na 250°C 10minuta.
Preljev:
2 žlice brašna
5 žlica vode
Pola žlice soli
Vrh žlice sode bikarbone
Sjediniti sastojke za preljev i prešarati slance. Peći još 2 minute.
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of salt
100ml of oil
400ml of lukewarm milk
Knead the dough and let it rise for 1 hour. Divide the resulting dough into 10 parts and form saltines. Coat each pretzel with a little oil and water.
Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for 10 minutes.
Dressing:
2 tablespoons of flour
5 tablespoons of water
Half a spoonful of salt
A pinch of baking soda
Combine the dressing ingredients and sprinkle with salt. Bake for another 2 minutes.
