This week's video is about made in China, sometimes called "ChiFi" tube amps, and their requirement to be run on 110VAC / 220VAC, with solutions to this problem. The popular Boyuu Reisong A10 and A50 are examples, as well as the Nobsound amps.
These easy on the budget tube amps have a problem in that the voltage in China isn't the same as other countries, and the transformer primary winding ratio is wrong. This causes problems for a tube amp overvolting, overheating, short tube life and reduced sound quality.
