The United States handed over 100 million US Dollars worth of US arms to
Bosnia's federation on Thursday (21/11). The weapons were unloaded at the Croatian port of Ploce, some 115 kilometres (72 miles) southwest of the Bosnian capital Sarajevo, following a handing-over ceremony.
The ceremony took place aboard the ship, the American Condor. James Pardew, the US official in charge of the shipment, formally handed over the weapons to Ejup Ganic, vice president of the Moslem-Croat federation -- one of Bosnia's two entities.
