🍽️ Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 small pears, peeled and de-seeded (95g | 3.35oz | 0.21lbs; apples should work too—comment "+" if you want me to test with apples!)
2 medium eggs
4 tbsp | 25g | 0.88 oz | 0.055 lbs of whole wheat oats (or substitute with whole wheat flour of your choice)
2 tbsp | 12g | 0.42 oz | 0.026 lbs of protein powder (vanilla works perfectly!)
1 tbsp sweetener (optional, as protein powder is naturally sweet)
1/2 tsp baking powder
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Let the batter rest for a few minutes (This makes your pancakes extra fluffy!).
Heat a pan on low, lightly grease with ghee butter, and pour small amounts of batter for each pancake.
Cook until golden on each side.
