"Ray of Sunshine" is the first lager recipe I ever made. I've made it once before (somehow I ran out of brews to fill the kegerator so I used it as a fermentation chamber that time). I'm so excited to finally have a way to lager that doesn't prevent me from drinking! I got my hands on Craft a Brew's 'Stasis' glycol system. It's a game changer. It can run two fermenters at different temperatures at the same time and it fits on my little table! *Equipment links below!

Another awesome piece of equipment I recently got was the Anvil Forge burner! I'm hoping swapping to propane will decrease my brew day by around an hour.
