Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said both Ukraine and Russia were interested in their country's drones, the Bayraktar TB2 and Akinci.
Ukraine has already purchased Bayraktar TB2 made by the Baykar factory, approximately 50 units have been delivered to Kyiv.
Apart from Ukraine and Russia, Erdoan continued, the United Arab Emirates also expressed interest and invited Turkey to cooperate in the development of Baykar's drones.
These artificial drones have been praised for their effectiveness.
"The UAE offered to build the Baykar factory, while Russian President Vladimir Putin said let's work together," Erdogan said on Monday.
There were no further details on what was on offer, except that Putin's alleged proposal came during last week's meeting in Tehran.
It is not yet known whether Turkey will welcome Russia's offer.
After all, just last week Baykar CEO Haluk Bayraktar told that his company would never sell drones to Russia.
