In 2023 she was a visiting researcher at the Bonn Sustainable AI Lab which is part of the Institute for Science and Ethics at the University of Bonn.

She highlights hidden environmental costs of Africa's involvement with AI and shows how these hidden costs impact African women first and hardest, hence the need for integrating feminist African ethics in the development and use of AI.
