Broke down a whole ribeye and used the trimmings of some of the eye to slice for cheesesteaks. Watch how we make them with Pit Patriot’s All Purpose Seasoning!

• Started with the entire choice ribeye.
• Broke it down into 3 different parts, the cap for pinwheel steaks, the eye/filet section for jerky and the remainder for these cheesesteaks.
• Set up the Blackstone with all burners on low and only turned it up at the end when I made the ribeye for the sandwiches.
• Started with the onions until they were a little soft.
• Seasoned the ribeye with Pit Patriot All Purpose Seasoning when we put it on the grill.
• Cooked until done and built 2 nice cheesesteaks. Used Boarshead White American Cheese and topped with some jalapenos.

Summary: These cheesesteaks were fantastic.! My personal opinion is this is a nice cost savings doing your own breakdown of a whole ribeye. The Pit Patriot’s All Purpose Seasoning is my favorite for steaks, super balanced for a great flavor addition.
