Climate change seems unstoppable. So what can we do to cut emissions and decarbonize faster? Arancha González, former Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, points out we are not cutting emissions as fast as we need to protect the next generations. And, she says that we can't only have one country or two countries with huge impact on others. She notes the EU and China should have a dialogue on how to exert the fullest potential of trade, to help reduce emissions.
